Professional Counselling involves a qualified counsellor/therapist sitting in a space with another person to help them to explore any challenges that they chose to bring to the counselling relationship.  The counsellor’s experience in different therapeutic frame works enables them to match what is likely to be the most appropriate approach to meet the clients needs. The primary focus is to ultimately establish pathways enabling the client to achieve positive outcomes.
